OVERVIEW
Through the innovative pressure printing process with chalk and wax crayons, the students learnt about the artistic technique of positive and negative printing.
It's created with a folded A3 page, with the drawn beetle design on the outer page. The inside page is layered first with chalk, then with wax crayon coloured on top. Back to the outer page, the magic begins with a ball-point pen and a blunt pencil drawn on top of the original design.
